Our Direct Sourcing team has an open fixed term position during a parental leave for a Sourcing Manager (Additives & Ingredients), Helsinki (1.8.-31.12.2024).
You will be working in our Direct Sourcing team, taking responsibility of the spend category area Additives & Ingredients. You will also have responsibility of the Biological Additives category with a strong focus on supplier management.

• Experience of Sourcing or relevant experience in Food industry (e.g. a Product development or Commercial role)
• Team player skills, positive and result-oriented attitude and good collaboration skills
• Ability to lead projects and stakeholders cross-functionally
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills, proactive and resilient attitude
• Good communication and negotiation skills and fluent English knowledge
• Master’s Degree (preferably Food science/Chemistry or Economics) or similar knowledge
  Experience in procurement tools (SAP, Sievo, M-Files, Noventia) is considered as an advantage.
