Ready to immerse yourself in the exciting world of DHL Procurement? We are now looking for an energetic Sourcing Manager to immediate, full-time, and permanent position in Norway, Oslo area.

JOB PURPOSE:

Implement best local & Nordic category specific strategies based on internal business requirements. Work closely with our local and regional procurement teams to ensure, identify and recommend “the best in class” suppliers and maintain good relationships with our internal Business stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing and leading supplier tenders and negotiations at local and Nordic level, all the way from market research to contract signature process.

YOUR TASKS:

Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research / intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets and establishment of local and Nordic level frame contracts. Identification of strategic sourcing and development opportunities and management of strategic suppliers are a key.
Develop and manage business relationship to integrate Procurement services at country and Nordic level for the business divisions.
Achieve the greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price and service
Specialize in strategic sourcing of goods and services in order to reduce costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the business functions in scope in line with the DHL Sustainability Roadmap
Ability to apply the latest technology in sourcing activities; open to innovation based on active market intelligence
