Your skills and experience
As a Sourcing Manager at Hycamite, you will oversee and execute daily purchasing activities and contribute to the development of procurement processes. Your role will encompass both operational purchasing and investment-related sourcing processes. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring efficient procurement operations locally. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our future activities alongside our Technology team.
Primary responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
Lead initiatives to enhance procurement processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Contract Management: Manage supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions while maximizing value for the organization.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Technology, R&D, and finance teams, to align sourcing activities with business objectives and requirements.

Job requirements
You have:
M.Sc. Or B.Sc. relevant field
Experience: Previous experience in operational purchasing or sourcing roles within the industrial sector is preferred.
Understanding of commercial principles, negotiation techniques, and contract management practices
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
Language skills:
Required: Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Desirable: Proficiency in Finnish.
Additional Benefit: Knowledge of any third language.
