Sourcing Manager Indirect Germany (m/f/d)

Our client is a listed provider of services. The Group is represented in more than 30 countries with over 20,000 employees. Due to the further professionalization of the German purchasing department, we are looking for a Sourcing Manager Indirect (m/f/d).

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategic category plans in collaboration with the Category Manager.
• Lead country-level spending structures and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Implement global and local category initiatives for optimum operational efficiency.
• Oversee both tactical and strategic sourcing processes within assigned categories.
• Ensure fulfillment of category-related targets, emphasizing savings and cost avoidance.
• Lead all sourcing activities on a country level for the assigned categories.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and drive knowledge exchange.

Qualifikation

• Proven sourcing experience, particularly in the indirect categories.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Track record of successful project management and intellectual curiosity for business dynamics.
• Broad analytical and conceptual skills, including Category Management experience.
• Familiarity with international networks and a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Multilingual proficiency, with English an German as a mandatory requirement.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
