Inviting applications for the role of a Sourcing Team Leader – Assistant Manager – English – Hybrid Lublin
Responsibilities
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible for driving sourcing processes related to our Client - Procurement Sourcing operations. Responsibility is to ensure the most efficient and accurate processing of all transactions, with the overall goal of ensuring that orders are delivered on time, minimizing the total cost of transactions avoid backlogs.

Experience working in a global company supporting managed services as third party provider is added advantage.

  • Lead procurement operations team(s) running various activities related to purchase order fulfillment
  • Establish team priorities, behaviors, and deliverables
  • Supervise operational performance with quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Drive performance management in the team with clear expectations, performance appraisals, and feedback.
  • Proactively develop the capability of the team through a development plan and mentoring.
  • Drive employee engagement and develop good working relationships and operating rhythms with sourcing and business finance partners
  • Drive compliance within processes and ensure process controls are in place as appropriate.
  • Support audits
  • Primary point of contact for country/regional business controllers, sourcing partners and buyers for complex issues
  • Actively participating in migrations & process stabilizations (drive process improvements)
  • Proactively work on issues causing any fulfillment delay and support additional information collection.
  • Drive key sourcing initiatives, continuous improvement, and Lean process improvements to mitigate and reduce fulfillment risk caused by both internal and external issues.
  • Represent Genpact in Customer leadership reviews and provides updates on team’s performance
  • Prepare necessary review presentations for customer updates
  • Represent and contribute to develop knowledge base for new client addition
  • Own KPI metrics and improvement on fulfillment and quality.
  • Manage customer (OM) escalations
  • Further tasks, not included in this Job Description that are assigned by the leader/manager verbally or written.
  • Lead the team through effective performance management and provide candid and constructive feedback to the team.
  • Hire new team members if needed.
  • Drive new hire training and SOP/WI creation and maintenance.
  • Drive Performance Development-related discussions.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Any Degree
  • Very strong customer service and results oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills in English, FProven team leader experience in multinational environment
  • Experience of motivating & managing team of professionals to deliver to consistently high standards
  • Shown ability to drive team performance with a focus on metrics and flexible approach with a team spirit
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to react and be proactive in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills and highly professional style when dealing with business clients
  • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
  • Should have good experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
