YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or high volume pub
- Strong understanding of Modern Australian cuisine, culinary techniques, and food trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
