This new role will report to the Associate Marketing Director, SEA & India and will be responsible for the pre-launch marketing of the hematology pipeline asset within SEA & India Hematology TA. This person will champion the pre-launch activities and work in close collaboration with regional and local teams to develop, shape and execute marketing strategies in alignment to brand’s portfolio positioning. He/she will drive the overall governance and cadences for the planned pipeline assets for the next 12-24 months and manage critical projects through to completion ensuring timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic launch plan of Hematology assets in SEA, based on stakeholder inputs with proposed milestones and conduct performance tracking/ monitoring including any required action planning.
  • Participate with global, regional, and local discussions to ensure strong alignment with strategic direction or portfolio.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Medical, Market Access, Regulatory etc) to ensure effective development and implementation of strategies.
  • Develop working relationship with KOLs and other external stakeholders to capture insights and develop plans for launch preparation.
  • Conduct market research and gain insights on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market practices.
  • Experience with the launch excellence framework and coordinate cross-functional launch readiness efforts.
  • Manage vendors to execute on tactics (Develop marketing materials, work with public relation agency on promoting disease/treatment awareness to the public)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with preference for degrees in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Biology
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/medical device marketing experience
  • Experience in the field of hematology will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in regional scope will be an added advantage.
  • Experience managing complex projects and executing on marketing plans.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful product launch and / or sustained commercial growth.
