WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Delivery related fields and technologies
• 2+ years of QA experience, including manual as well as test automation
• 1+ year of experience in cloud operations environment, solution support, and management or development

We are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist (f/m/d) in the area of the Technology & Engineering unit of the newly formed Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations team in the Customer Serivces & Delivery board area.
In this role, you will join the central Sovereign Cloud Quality team: We test and operate the interal SAP Sovereign Cloud environments used as reference by the regional Operations teams. You will help deliver SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) applications to SAP Sovereign Cloud customers aiming at functional completeness, streamlined deployments, and smooth operation. You will be working closely with technical product managers, engineers, our security team, as well as SAP product team members and Operations teams. You will have the opportunity to solve the intricate Sovereign Cloud challenges of scale and security, while using your skills in SuccessFactors environment setup, functional expertise, and testing background (manual/automated).
You will participate in the overall release lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, and executing test cases for releases as well as patches in each Cloud landscape. Deployment tests can be inclusive of application updates, DB revision changes, operating system upgrades, security improvements, hardware upgrades or migrations. You will help identify defects, track defect remediation, and include software or solution updates required to resolve issues in future deployments.
