In 2024 we will finally open up the doors to not one, but two extraordinary hotels located side by side at the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport: Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport (505 rooms, huge meeting facilities, a rooftop restaurant and a spa ) and Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport (211 rooms). This hotel complex will be nothing less but the biggest one in Finland: two brands, one location, over 700 rooms and multiple facilities!
It’s finally time to start recruiting employees who want to be with us on the journey, to make the fire crackle a little extra and deliver guest experiences beyond the ordinary. Are you one of them?
Right now we are looking for a charismatic, knowledgeable and ambitious SPA Host/Hostess who will be a part of the team that shapes our spa concept. You report to the SPA Manager.
As a SPA Host/Hostess, your most important task is to ensure that all guests who visit our fantastic spa have a wonderful experience of the highest quality that makes them long to return when they leave us! Therefore, we believe that you are passionate about meeting people, love wellness, have a positive attitude, have the courage to dare to ask, take initiative and have good organizational skills and can handle work at a varying pace but still keep calm. Experience from similar work is a big plus.
You are driven by good collaboration between you and your colleagues and have the insight to take full ownership not only of your area, but of the guest’s overall experience. Always and every time!
The position involves work during the day, evening and weekends. As it is when you work in a hotel!

• Maintain the highest level of service and competence and thus create an unforgettable overall experience for our guests.
• Traditional reception work in a spa with check-in and check-out, booking treatments and day-to-day operations.
• To constantly work for increased profitability and good quality and to reach set goals for the department.
• Actively work with additional sales and advisors for our guests.
• Responsibility for continuously following up on guest satisfaction.
• Keep the department and other public areas clean and tidy.
• Together with the Spa Manager, be responsible for the recruitment of therapists.
• Work according to set routines for the department and is responsible for their compliance.
• Upon employment, a full job description regarding mandate and expectations is presented.
