We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist / Attendant at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
The 4 AA Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa is situated in the scenic location of St. Brelade’s Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Jersey. With 106 bedrooms The Grill restaurant offering panoramic ocean views, L’Horizon is the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or even an idyllic coastal wedding.
One of the highlights of this boutique beachside hotel in Jersey is the spa, including six treatment rooms, a relaxation area, a pedicure and manicure area and a sleep room.

• The role of our Spa receptionist / Attendant is to welcome and engage with our guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel & spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
• Maintain a clean, organised and comfortable environment for Spa guests, ensuring supplies are available at all times.
• Build and maintain relationships within the team and ensure communication is clear between the shifts.
