The Spa Supervisor is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable time while experiencing high our luxurious treatments.
About Us
Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Roggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights.

Role & Responsibilities

All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:

  • Taking a lead in training the therapists and ensuring they maintain a high quality standard in all of the treatments that they provide.
  • To assist fellow employees to perform similar or related jobs as and when necessary.
  • To ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their requests and enquiries courteously and efficiently. You will be flexible regarding work hours & days which are necessary for the maintenance of uninterrupted service to Hotel Guests and Patrons.
  • To collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure we keep up to date with current trends and to maximise guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Spa Therapist in a four star property.
  • The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
