JOB DESCRIPTION

• Spa Therapist is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and service accordance with the M Spa standard of excellent.
• Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.
• Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all Associates.
• Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedure
