We’re growing our Spanish Content Moderation team that supports a top-tier online job listing company. Currently, we’re on the lookout for a bilingual English and Spanish speaker based in Ireland to join our remote team.
As an integral part of our multilingual hub, your main responsibilities will be the maintenance of our client’s online reputation and ensuring a seamless user experience.
We want someone focused on achieving consistently high service standards with a meticulous work ethic. A critical eye for detail is essential in this role as well as analytical and communication skills. You should have an interest in content, quality and should be able to work well under pressure.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English: verbal, written and listening
  • Flexibility to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday between 7 am and 7 pm
  • Proficiency in Google G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, sheets)
  • A strong attention to detail and have exceptional organisational skills
  • A minimum broadband speed of 10mbps and a private/distraction-free location to work from

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have previously worked in a contact centre or have previous experience in a content moderation or quality role

  • Review tickets and monitor online content to ensure it is set within client guidelines
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the services the site provides and report all feedback on the client experience
