• Provide parts interpreting services & support to Wacol Branch Activities
• Increase and maximise all parts sales, involving proactive communication with our client base.
• Assist to provide a regular flow of inventory, ensuring adequate & appropriate supply, and that guidelines are met.
• Make phone contact with client base when requested to increase business and promote new products & improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and the use of genuine parts.
• Monitor and keep informed of latest product developments and updates, using these to maximum advantage.
