About the role
As our client’s Spare Parts Specialist, you play a key role in providing technical know-how and support to colleagues, who ensure that the right components are in the right place at the right time globally. You will join a small and supportive local team in Hyvinkää, while also collaborating with colleagues across the country borders.
While you are offered a flexible hybrid model of working, your colleagues are eager to see you at least 1-2 times a week at the office in Hyvinkää.

Work tasks
- Responsible for understanding equipment in service types and their spare part needs
- Updating spare part data for new offering extension
- Supporting key customer sites’ spare part planning in terms of identifying critical spares
- Supporting VA Technician with identification of material needed
- Identifying best source of supply for urgent material requests
- Responsible keeping equipment data up-to date
- Collaborating internally with colleagues
We are looking for
- Relevant UAS/university degree (e.g. mechanical engineer or other technical field)
- MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Fluency and strong communication skills in English, Finnish is a highly valued asset
Ideally you also have some previous (junior-level) experience which supports you in the role, such as technical roles in the elevator/escalator/crane or maritime industry. Additionally, SAP and material management experience can be seen as an advantage.
