SPARES/ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR, £26,000 BASIC, DAY SHIFT, 34 HOURS A WEEK

Responsibilities:
- Process spares orders and purchase orders on Sage Line 200.
- Manage orders received via email, telephone, or requests from the Drawing Office.
- Coordinate the packaging and delivery of orders.
- Chase outstanding orders and contact dormant customers.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including ISO documentation and reception duties.
- Provide support to other departments when required.
