Job Summary:
In addition to being responsible for performing the standard duties & responsibilities of the staff Speech Pathologist, this position functions in an advanced clinical support role assisting leadership in the areas of clinical competencies, clinical program development, and quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Require a Master of Science in Speech Therapy; Advanced degree preferred.

• Require a minimum of seven (7) years of clinical practice in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in inpatient or outpatient rehab, or acute therapy, as well as previous Clinical Instructor experience for level II or similar student clinicals.

• Require a minimum of one (1) level three or two (2) level two certifications from the approved Advanced Rehab Specialist certification list. - Require membership in a State and National level professional association. - Require successful completion of the Speech Therapist Supervisor Continued Education Unit (CEU).
