Are you a recent or soon to be post-secondary graduate looking to join a large organization and gain hands-on experience in corporate business & finance? Otis Canada Inc. is searching for a highly motivated Special Projects Interns for a 2-month paid internship!

As a Special Projects Intern at Otis Canada, Inc., you will be responsible for assisting Canada’s Leadership Team with:

  • O billing rate audit support
  • Billing rate alignment strategies
  • Sales Systems maintenance to support customer contact information
  • System clean up for data alignment
  • …and more!

We are looking for:

  • Self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated to create new initiatives.
  • Willingness to learn & desire to grow within the company

Qualifications

  • Must be available for full-time (40 hour) work week
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point); comfortable learning JD Edwards (JDE)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and build relationships
  • Proven ability to multitask and follow up on actions/ issues
