JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of frontline communications to Sales and Sales Support organizations. Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Development, and Sales teams to implement comprehensive change management and communication plans. Proactively educate and articulate changes in products, pricing, rules of engagement, sales compensation, incentives, demand generation, business development and other initiatives determined by the needs of the business.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to build engaging enablement and change management plans that encompass awareness, training, collateral, communications, and reinforcement tactics for Small Business, Mid-Market/Enterprise/GovEd sales and sales support audiences.
- Creates, reviews and edits communications to ensure content meets/exceeds established standards and guidelines before publication.
- Maintains existing communications and documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Forge, maintain and cultivate strong relationships across sales team, marketing, and product teams to ensure closed loop feedback on projects and programs.
- Innovate, explore, and test various methods regarding content delivery effectiveness, engagement, end-user experience, and confirmation of learning.
- Participates in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Create and report out on measures of success on communications and initiatives.
- Manages Marketing expenses to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
