Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Specialist / Administrator (m/f/d) – Master Data Management for our EU Business Operations department.

  • As a central contact person for master data management, you are responsible for the independent support of our global material, price, customer, and supplier master data in our ERP system (InforLN) as well as data migrations between different systems.
  • You solve complex master data problems regarding data consistency, plausibility, and completeness and maintain the interfaces to upstream and downstream systems in coordination with various specialist departments.
  • You work interdisciplinary with affected specialist departments and team colleagues in the European corporate network to ensure data quality.
  • As part of roll-out and change projects, you coordinate and test system adjustments and are involved in the further development and optimization of our master data systems.
  • In addition, you take on general office tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed commercial training, studies, or comparable qualifications.
  • First practical experience in master data maintenance/data acquisition in InforLN or a comparable ERP system.
  • Fluent in German and very good English Skills (Business Language is English).
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Service-oriented and friendly manner that enables you to communicate with our specialist departments in logistics/order management and shipping on an equal footing.
  • Willingness to perform and sense of responsibility.
  • Accuracy in dealing with complex issues is a matter of course for you.
  • Sound knowledge of common MS Office programs.
  • Team and communication skills.
