ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the right candidate to really hit the ground running with the following experiences;

  • Business analysis experience (e.g. 5 years+) on a diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, process re-design
  • Demonstrated experience undertaking business analysis with large groups of multiple cross functional business areas on large scale programs of work via multiple mediums across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated experience undertaking business process analysis and design to inform and enable quality project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship, influencing and collaboration skills
  • 5 Years of Australian Financial Service industry experience or other regulated industry.
  • Experience in intermediated general insurance highly desirable.
  • Experience in Guidewire highly desirable.
  • Certified Agile/Scrum qualifications
  • Desired: Certified Business Analyst
  • Desired: HCD, CX, UX, Design Thinking
  • Desired: Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) qualification
