As a Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our brand’s digital evolution. Your mission is to execute our global corporate content strategy, aligning seamlessly with our company’s goals and our audience’s areas of interest. You will take charge of creating, editing, and optimizing a diverse array of content, from blog posts to videos and whitepapers. In this pivotal role, you’ll be covering a number of technology-focused topics, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, digital experience design, CX tech, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your creativity and strategic mind to significantly impact our brand’s narrative around technology and innovation.
We are seeking a dynamic Content Specialist to join our forward-thinking team, someone who is ready to blend creativity with strategic insight to elevate our brand’s digital presence around technology and innovation. The ideal candidate is not only adept at producing high-quality, engaging content but is also keen on analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies and aiding in positioning the brand as a technology and services company. Your role will involve crafting compelling stories across various platforms and ensuring consistency in our brand’s voice and message.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of content marketing experience
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in a technology company or start-up
  • A background in journalism, commercial writing, or creative writing is preferred
  • Experience with SEMRush, Google Analytics, generative AI tools, WordPress, and Adobe Suite is a plus

  • Develop tech-focused content that aligns with the company’s objectives and audience’s interests
  • Produce, edit, and optimize a range of content types, including blog posts, videos, infographics, social media content, newsletters, and whitepapers, ensuring all content is on-brand, SEO optimized, and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create innovative content ideas
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify trends, adjust strategies as needed, and report on content effectiveness
