Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring an efficient credit management process in close coordination with credit insurers, rating agencies, credit agencies and internal departments such as Controlling & Sales
  • Planning and implementing the dunning process, including handing over overdue receivables to collection service providers
  • Booking domestic and foreign insolvencies in compliance with legal requirements
  • Regular analysis of credit management data for the efficient management of credit risks
  • Processing outgoing payment transactions
  • Processing of identified compliance anti-terror processes on the basis of legal and internal requirements
  • Support with annual financial statements and internal audits

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial vocational training and initial professional experience in accounting
  • Good SAP knowledge in the FI module
  • Very good knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Goal-oriented, reliable and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of commitment and motivation are an advantage
