The Opportunity
Customer Service Central & Eastern Europe is one of the most dynamic teams in the Organization. Daily we support Customers and Business Partners from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia plus many International Partners from Western Europe. Our professional and wide knowledge of the scope of the cashless industry allows us to support our Customers’ in a variety of their needs to ensure them the best customer experience and build strong relationships. The Team continuously cooperates with several units and stakeholders within Worldline while resolving Customers’ requests and finalizing internal projects. We are looking for active and open-minded people who wish to work in an international environment, self-development oriented, well-organized, and not afraid of taking challenges.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You provide telephone and email support for customers in regard to financial queries
  • You independently process all kinds of requests from our customers, partners, and third parties
  • You update Customer’s financial critical data to reflect contract changes, including activating new services and products
  • You actively support the operational implementation of new products and services
  • You actively participate and cooperate in projects
