Description:
To act as a specialist practitioner in diabetes dietetics, providing a dietetic service to this cohort of patients To ensure that the service is evidence based, in line with clinical governance requirements and government targets, and is of the highest professional standard. To provide supervision and training of Nutrition and Dietetic staff within the Diabetes Team as required To actively support the development and delivery of education and training to a range of health care professionals, students, patients and carers.
