Are you recently qualified as a dietitian or due to qualify and want a first post that provides an innovative approach to develop your knowledge and skills?
Or are you wishing to consolidate your experience and want the opportunity to be supported to progress into a more specialised role?
Depending on experience you will join the team as a band 6 dietitian or join a competency-based training programme to progress you from a band 5 dietitian to band 6 dietitian.
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate dietitian to join our award-winning team of gastroenterology dietitians.
Applicants must be HCPC registered dietitians, who have obtained relevant clinical dietetic experience, and who are car drivers with access to a car (reasonable adjustments will be considered)
Due to service expansion and to support the ongoing sustainability of the service, we are looking for a passionate dietitian to support our dietetic-led coeliac service. In addition, you will be responsible for the care of patients with other gastrointestinal conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and liver disease. You will be dedicated, proactive and motivated individual who has an interest working with patients with gastrointestinal conditions, previous experience is desirable.
You will be joining an established multidisciplinary team of gastroenterologists providing specialist dietary advice and support to a complex patient group.
Excellent communication skills are essential, and you should be keen to engage with clinicians and the wider MDT. You will also be supported to deliver care via our electronic patient record and digital assessments platform.

The post holder will be expected to participate fully in the training of ‘B’ and ‘C’ Placement student dietitians.
Bradford’s Nutrition & Dietetic Service is a dynamic team of over 50 Dietitians working in Acute, Community and Primary Care settings, supported by an excellent clerical team with good IT and library facilities.
Bradford is a vibrant, diverse, multicultural city with a wide range of entertainment and leisure activities available locally. There are good road and rail networks to Leeds and the M62 corridor, and easy access to the Yorkshire Dales and the South Pennines.
