QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field of study
  • Significant professional experience in digital marketing in a company or agency
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms and strategies, especially LinkedIn
  • Basic professional experience in website optimisation and content management
  • Proven experience in dealing with SEO/SEA, ideally knowledge of Matomo
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders and in a team
  • Very good command of written and spoken English and German

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing innovative content strategies for the website and B2B social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Advice and content support for our colleagues on communication
  • Conception, implementation and management of organic & paid marketing campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn, Google Ads (SEA) and display campaigns
  • Analysing and optimising our website to increase conversion rates and user-friendliness
  • Optimisation of search engine rankings through targeted SEO measures
  • Preparing and analysing relevant marketing key figures to create meaningful reports
  • Use of AI and data-based tools to continuously improve performance intelligence
