Description:
JOB INFORMATION
- Effective handling of shipment deviations registered in the branch;
- E-mail and telephone contact with clients and branches in matters related to handling irregularities;
- Handling obstacles in the branch and notifying customers about delivery obstacles;
- Ongoing handling of matters in the application;
- Fulfillment of instructions given by the client;
- Responsibility for the completeness and quality of information.
