Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

This is where you bring our employer brand to life.
This is a unique and exciting time to join us. For the first time in our 90-year history, we have discovered our Employer Value Proposition. Now, we need your help to activate our brand internally and externally and build up brand ambassadors. If you are passionate about helping others succeed, this role could be perfect for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Build, curate and develop persona-based, candidate-centric or employee-centric content (including writing copy, designing graphics and creating videos) for internal and external media and communications
  • Provide input and help implement brand activation and recruitment marketing strategies specific to a business unit, talent pool and/or geographic region, across our owned, earned and paid media (e.g. careers site, review sites, programmatic advertising, SEO and more)
  • Support the region/business unit strategy and execution for our CRM, including designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, career events and landing pages
  • Grow online communities (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) including sharing content, responding to comments and questions; analyze data insights, trends, and content performance
  • Empower brand ambassadors across the organization, including supporting our employee advocacy program, creating and delivering training, toolkits and hosting workshops, and supporting training and adoption for technology platforms
  • Support our inclusion and diversity strategy through an employer brand lens for the region/business segment
  • Use analytics and reporting to recommend creative attraction strategies to build awareness, increase engagement and drive application conversions
  • Understand and use data insights that measure Baxter’s employer brand reputation, media strategy effectiveness, and technology impact within the region or business segment
