In your role as a specialist, you will monitor our production facilities and respond to process deviations. You will then carry out problem analyses in order to derive the correct measures. We are looking for your support for various process areas (wafer test, plasma processes, lithography, wet chemistry, furnace technology, etc.). In your new role you will be:

  • Operating and monitoring of the production facilities
  • Carrying out error analysis and performing troubleshooting
  • Implementing the requalification measures and commissioning of production facilities
  • Supporting the continuous improvement process

The continuous shift operation schedule is introduced. The work duration is 8 hours per shift / 36 per week with the rhythm 6/4. The work is proceeded in a cleanroom environment
As a specialist for the semiconductor industry (f/m/div), you maintain an overview of complex situations and take the appropriate measures. You work within an international team in a friendly and trustful environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you:

  • Have completed at least a vocational training as a micro technologist, process mechanic, electrician, etc.
  • Enjoy working in a highly automated production environment
  • Proficient with MS products
  • Have German or English language skills
