QUALIFICATIONS

• A Masters Degree in Software Engineering, Control Engineering or any related subject
• At least 7 years of experience in embedded software delivery with experience working with Simulink and Matlab.
• Familiar with Bitbucket, Jira and other Atlassian tools, C++ coding skills would be highly advantageous
• A physical or data analytical background, which enables you to understand turbine physics easily and process large sets of data efficiently
• Previous experience with guiding a team toward technical deliverables

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive best practices across the team together with the functional leads
• Ensure Simulink Standards are improved and introduced using model based design
• Enable the team to work efficiently with Data
• Develop new algorithms for smart sensing and diagnostics solutions
• Together with the team ensure on budget and on time quality project deliverables
• Conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint potential turbine performance issues together with our stakeholders
