Description:
We are looking for a Specialist HR Data & Planning (m/f/d) in full-time at KWS Berlin GmbH located in Berlin for the next possible date. The Associate HR Organizational Facilitation will be mainly responsible for the coordination and operationalization of the personnel cost planning, as well as the handling of employees’ personal master data and the organizational master data management. Additionally, this position is accountable for supporting projects and system implementations, testing HR tools and applications, and raise requests for technical amendments. The contract is unlimited.

Responsibilities:
- You operationalize the SAP Personnel Cost Planning (PCP) and HR reporting KPIs
- You create and maintain timely and properly the employees’ master data in the relevant systems, including the assignment of individual employees into organizational structures, and ensure that data is coherent and up-to-date
- You perform functional demand submission and testing to support the HR IT transformation
- You proactively identify service delivery issues and take appropriate action measures, undertake continuous improvement initiatives utilizing HR master data management best practices
- You shape solid and durable relationships with stakeholders within and outside the HR function, assessing requirements and providing solutions with a focus on data integrity and compliance
