We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Internal and Community Communications Specialist to help build our internal storytelling strategy in the US and deepen our corporate and community relationships. A passionate content creator, this person will play a pivotal role not just in how we talk but in how we listen and connect with our people – inside and outside of the office.
A skilled writer, this role will help shape internal communications through compelling narratives that engage, inform, and inspire our employee community. This role is instrumental in implementing communication initiatives that support our growth and shape our unique company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage, curate and execute internal communications for the US market.
  • Work closely with global internal communications leaders to implement global initiatives regionally.
  • Ideate, write, and manage content on the company intranet site, internal display screens, newsletters, and other mediums.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to understand their communication-related needs, develop impactful content, and execute communication strategies.
  • Write internal articles that highlight the US teams, achievements, and milestones.
  • Own and develop content for US social media that aligns with global strategy.
  • Lead logistics, communication, and planning for community engagement and volunteer events in Arizona.
  • Maintain the US communications calendar.
  • Support brand related initiatives and deliver brand materials for events as needed.
  • Maintain strong community partner relationships with organizations across the US.
  • Work closely with global brand leaders to implement internal initiatives and campaigns regionally.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A BA degree in a relevant area
  • A passionate, confident writer.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages that connect and resonate across a diverse audience.
  • Experience working in a technical field is a plus, Eager to learn more about the technology space, and semiconductor industry.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and forward-thinking.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
