ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the right candidate to really hit the ground running with the following experiences;

  • Minimum 5+ years Insurance or Financial Services experience or regulated industry.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Planning and/or Program Management discipline experience in a senior role.
  • Experience working in large transformation programs that is multi-dimensional across Technology, Business, and external engagements within a complex environment.
  • Proven ability to influence a wide stakeholder group.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group to reach a common approach.
  • Proven ability to successfully execute and deliver on complex items with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in project delivery, change programs across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Qualification/s in Project Management and/or Project Planning

Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team at IAG where innovation meets excellence! We are at the forefront of driving large-scale transformation programs across IIA, and we need a visionary leader to steer our integrated delivery plan and dependency register.
As the Specialist, Integration Planner you will be the cornerstone of our transformation journey. Your unique contribution will be to spearhead the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of our integrated delivery plan.
You will oversee the dependency register for large-scale transformation programs and utilize your deep understanding and experience in program planning to challenge and refine plans.
This is a permanent vacancy and will ideally be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
