Working with our shoe-related accessories and leather goods products, you will make sure our inventory seamlessly fits the needs of our sales channels.

Responsibilities:

THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS INTO THIS ROLE

You effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels in a complex business, just as you excel in identifying gaps in a process and bridging these gaps.
You have a natural curiosity, and you have a logical and pragmatic approach when searching out the best response to plausible scenarios.

Finally, we imagine that you have:

  • A few years of work experience within inventory controlling, supply chain management, order management, data analytics or finance
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and an understanding of the financial implications vs. service when balancing inventories
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with building Power BI reports and perhaps also in SAP and Anaplan
  • Great communication skills, including fluency in English

You will be responsible for ensuring that ECCO Europe’s inventories are transparent and balanced – with the aim to have the right products, in the right volumes, in the right places and at the right time. Based on trends, sales plan performance and inventory levels, you will outline inventory development and potential risks & opportunities to our stakeholders as you:

  • Ensure that tools and processes are fit for purpose by collaborating with stakeholders in related business units, Europe Merchandising and other relevant functions
  • Create seasonal product forecasts based on a blend of historical sales and future sales projections.
  • Maintain stock rolling forecasts across sites and communicate outlook to stakeholders
  • Govern availability and replenishment of Never Out of Stock products
  • Create and maintain inbound purchase orders
  • Connect data between source systems consolidated in Power BI to have a single source of trut
