Description:

The post holder should have an enthusiasm for developing the future 0-5 workforce, and will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality multi professional learning environments within the Trust.
The role will support delivery of education and workforce plans. Incorporating projects to develop new and innovative workforce solutions, creating and implementing development programmes and training materials, as well as planning and running community recruitment and work experience events.
Work in collaboration with partner agencies both voluntary and statutory to achieve good health outcomes for children and their families.
Work in collaboration with the teams and SLT to continually develop a future workforce that is fit for purpose and responsive to the changing needs of the population.
Work with Internal Education and HEI and partner workforce agencies (work experience, apprentices, degrees etc).
