Description:
WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER:
- Represents, interfaces with and engages stakeholders and the business partner(s) and acts as a fully integrated team lead representing business interests
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring budget and costs of application enhancements
- Engages with the Business and coordinates with related vendor(s), ensuring business needs are sufficiently defined to enable successful delivery of the technology
- Monitors change requests and prioritizes enhancements to application, including dashboard management, reporting and end user UI
- Facilitates advisory board change management meetings for application enhancement & changes
- Works closely with D&T to align on scope and timing expectations for projects, enhancements and change requests
- Manages ongoing training & communications, including creation of training material, job aids, CF Mosaic content for end users
- Assist in the development of various reporting tools to analyze data in an efficient and effective method.
- Drive the development of key industry leading initiatives across all departments and properties to enhance the company’s leadership position and advancement of national applications (i.e. Maximo and CF Exchange)
- Partner with the business to identify opportunities to capitalize on potential cost efficiencies delivering a client-first experience consistent with brand direction
- Act as a point of contact for members of head office and properties on any questions relating to the application platforms
- Coordinate activities pertaining to key stakeholder engagement including but not limited to status updates, project documentation, and advisory board meetings etc.
- Collaborate with like-minded industry peers to exchange operating models, trade best practices and drive new opportunities to enhance our Technologies.
Responsibilities:
The Specialist, Operations Enablement will be a key member of the Operations Services team, through the management of National applications. In this role, the incumbent validates, consolidates, analyzes, and prioritizes business needs from stakeholders, facilitates advisory board meetings and leads business project execution and overall project accountability. The specialist will coordinate key meetings with key members across all departments to support the overarching development and management of strategic initiatives to improve the performance of our application platforms.
