Description:

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-years work experience in Human Resources (preferred in HR Operations) in an international corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (or similar HRIS solutions).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-organized, pro-active and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Very good English language skills mandatory.
  • Willingness and ability to work within a global organization with stakeholders from various regions.
  • Right to work in Czech Republic as EU member state.
    This is a full-time position (40 working hours per week) with competitive salary and benefits. However, part-time with min. 32 working hours per week might be possible upon individual agreement. Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As Specialist People Operations (Employee Life Cycle & Compliance), you will be part of the central Global People Operations Team, supporting your different stakeholders with all matters related to employee-life-cycle management and its compliance, operational excellence (process, trainings, reporting) and relevant systems.
Your mission is to deliver an outstanding support, guidance, advice to the SITA People Operations Teams around the globe. You will cooperate with People Country Managers, People Business Partners, local People Operations Teams ensuring that everything is set for a smooth and compliant processing of all employee-life-cycle matters.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase and acquire a wide spectrum of skills, including but not limited to, mastering technologies, delivering trainings, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, analyzing data and contributing to internal and external audits.
In addition, you will have the chance to gain exposure to other areas of the Global People Operations Team such as Global Mobility or Pre-Onboarding.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Monitor & report employee data accuracy & completeness in the core HRIS system (Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management) and related documents issued by local People Teams. Identify and address any non-compliance issues.
  • Conduct spot checks on process compliance around Employee-Life-Cycle Management and others.
  • Analyze & extract HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement or to contribute to monthly KPI overviews.
  • Participate in frequent virtual meetings with local People Operations Teams and other stakeholders, be back-up call host.
  • Fully support internal and external audits mainly but not only related to employee-life-cycle management.
  • Create process maps, work instructions, guidelines mainly around Employee-Life-Cycle Management if required.
  • Provide training on new procedures and/or system functionalities on Employee-Life-Cycle Management to internal stakeholders if required.
  • Coordinate & contribute to global HR activities related to employee onboarding, merger & acquisitions etc.
  • Support implementation of new HR software solutions or enhancement of functionalities in existing systems.
  • Support annual salary review and own resolution of certain parts of it (communications to local People Operations Teams, prepare mass letters etc.)
  • Collaborate with your peers, other People Team members and other departments to gather feedback and information to identify opportunities for improvement.
