The post holder will participate in the planning, development and evaluation of clinical practice and service development within the area.
The post holder will ensure development of staff and students through supervision, training, and appraisal.
The post holder will have responsibility for development of others, therefore will be required to demonstrate some experience in student and staff supervision and delivering training across the MDT.
