WESTERN UNION POWERS YOUR PURSUIT.
We are looking for someone who will have to provide key support to the RMO operation as Specialist Product Operations, who will be responsible for conducting product support, validate money orders escalations and do a proactive partnership with other departments such as settlement, accounting, and agent management.
Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your daily tasks will include the analysis of escalated cases to provide resolution on complex scenarios related to product support and money orders related processes using your knowledge and contacts for the best outcome.
- Your role will require managing written communication and analyzing balance data to settlement, accounting and agent management organizations, Partners, and internal areas while ensuring that an excellent quality service is always delivered.
- Your role will not only be vital in ensuring that our processes and procedures are followed but also revising them to find the best approaches and solve or even prevent escalations by providing tools, training, or development to the teams that escalate cases.
- Handles reinstatement requests and related issues.
- Creates reports and analyzes data.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- You will be equipped with job-specific knowledge during initial training, yet it is expected that you will already understand trends and developments in money orders, settlement and accounting.
- Fluency in English B2+ or C1 is expected and needed it in this role.
- Higher education or equivalent experience preferable.
- Good communication, time management, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Capacity to work under pressure with short deadlines.
- Capability of handling escalations in a fast peace environment.
- Open to constant change.
