We have an exciting role for a psychological therapist in our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team based in Chichester. The Crisis team provides support and mental health interventions for people who have complex mental health needs. This is an exciting time to join our service as we are reviewing and updating our psychological therapy provision across the service. The successful candidate will join a friendly, highly-skilled and enthusiastic multi-professional team comprising a full range of professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, peer support workers, social workers, support workers, and occupational therapists.
As part of the wider Western mental health service you will also be joining a community of psychological therapists who bring a rich variety of skills and experience. You will receive regular clinical supervision from an experienced practitioner psychologist, or psychological therapist depending on your needs, as well as a commitment to your own continuing professional development. Our Trust has an exciting and extensive range of CPD opportunities including accredited training in EMDR, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Family Interventions in Psychosis, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and many more. The post-holder will be encouraged to develop special interests and expertise in line with service and team objectives.
