JOB SUMMARY

This role ensures that products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The Manager of QA will lead the QA team, develop and implement quality management systems, and work closely with other departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and KPIs, and report findings to senior management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for any quality issues or defects
• Ensure that all products and services comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and quality issues in a timely manner.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent supply of high-quality materials and components.
