We are seeking a Specialist Resources & Operational Equipment Coordinator to provide support for our Operational Logistics Department. This is a Full Time, Permanent position currently based at South Melbourne with WFH/Hybrid options available.
About the role

Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Logistics Support Officers allocated to Specialist Resources & Operational functions to ensure vehicles are changed over in a timely manner to support the Fleet Maintenance program. This includes staff rostering and supervision
  • Assist the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in the review of procedures and processes
  • Provide the primary interface to Specialist Resources functions to enable the utilisation of any resource, by any stakeholder, at any time
  • Negotiate and manage the availability of operational equipment as required
