QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Initial professional experience or just starting your career
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 beneficial
• Strong and professional communication skills, and as well as structured way of working and a high level of reliability and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of German, English desirable

• Collaboration as part of a Sales Team in various projects at regional level as well as within the organization
• Support in Quotations, Order Processing in SAP/R3 and follow-up
• Communication with internal departments, such as accounting and development, as well as direct customer contact
• Coordination of the on-time billing of tools and development services
• Customer support with regard to administrativ issues
• Independent checking and preparation of sales data, e.g. analysis of delivery quantities
