JOB SUMMARY

The role of the IAM Security Specialist is to support the IAM program & architecture within the delivery of business projects. He / She is a specialist in the technology of identity and access management, including but not limited to identity management, privileged assess management, authentication methods as well as understanding business risks, settings security requirements, associated metrics, compliance requirements, and project support. This role is responsible for supporting the various IAM program and architectures providing recommendations and ensures adherence to business and Information Security requirements. He / She will develop and maintain architectures, standards, processes, position, decisions to remediate risk and compliance related issues to the world of IAM.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills/Knowledge

  • In Depth Knowledge of privileged access management solution, preferably CyberArk.
  • In Depth Knowledge of identity management solutions, preferably Saviynt
  • In Depth Knowledge of SSO solutions
  • In Depth Knowledge of Active Directory
  • In Depth Knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud
  • In Depth Knowledge of Conditional Access
  • Able to script (Python, PowerShell)
  • Terraform experience.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of PKI Management
  • Knowledge of Windows/Unix environments
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with a high level of commitment and personal motivation
  • Team player with great collaboration spirit
  • Knack for prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5-10 years overall work experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IAM
  • Experience as an architect

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree & experience

Responsibilities:

Support IAM and Security Aspects of Project Delivery – 70%

  • Participate in the architecture and design of secure systems related to IAM
  • Determine IAM security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements, researching information security standards, studying architecture/platform, identifying integration issues, etc.
  • Support development of use cases scenarios
  • Ensure that projects are aligned with CN’s information security standards
  • Assist in identifying risks associated with an IAM project and in implementing measures to address those findings with relevant use case scenarios
  • Work with governance teams to establish and review policies
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee activities related to the design, development and integration of IAM information systems and operations systems
  • Stay abreast on latest IAM technologies and trends
  • Ensure that CN’s internal technological processes and services comply with community expectations, laws, and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility
