We are now looking for a Specialist, Siderun and Stocklot Order Management on part-time contract to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

“In this role you will take first steps to become specialist in Order Management field. You will get familiar with the tasks and process, gathering knowledge about our Supply Chain organization. What you will do

• Support the team with various task, starting with order entry tasks
• Gathering knowledge to take over more difficult tasks
• Ensure timely replies to e-mails
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders
• Support Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases

Who you are

• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization
• You are willing to work with Sales Force and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfilment and Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Sales Force, GMES) would be an asset
• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
• You are fluent in English
