In your new role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the global Frontend Infineon allocation process for wafer manufacturing with external partners ( Silicon Foundries ( SiFo )
  • Ensure volume allocation and align with the business divisions and the external wafer manufacturing departments including sourcing and operational account managers
  • Contribute to structure and handle data flow for Demand, Capacity for Silicon Foundries planning
  • Manage capacity corridor constraints and potential escalation between the relevant stakeholders
  • Support planning quality improvement (tooling and process) for EWM planning
  • Concepting and creating diverse analytical reports to support: execution of demand planning issues, performance and management decision

As a Specialist SiFo Data Planner, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology , or similar
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis
  • Basic know-how of supply chain flows and demand/capacity planning
  • Good communication, interpersonal as well and intercultural skills to manage target conflicts and mediate between stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools , like Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau as a plus
  • A data-driven mindse t that enables well-founded proposals for solutions and sustainable improvements
  • Fluent English language skills, and German as a plus
