Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will support International Subsidiaries Management in all administrative matters
  • The subsidiary management is key in enabling Linde to provide a global and accurate overview of all existing Linde subsidiaries and other investments which comprises over 800 entities in more than 100 countries
  • You will continuously maintain and ensure the quality of the Linde GEMS (Global Entity Management System) database, which includes the corporate data of all Linde Group companies and participations worldwide
  • You actively support the administration of the subsidiary database Linde GEMS and data entry as well as preparing reports and analyses on the basis of Linde GEMS for internal departments of the Linde Group
  • Creation and distribution of the Org Chart Handbook and support in administrating and developing the Power App for the Capital Measure approvals are also part of this position
  • Beyond that, you will be assisting the Global Tax Department in managing and improving all of Linde’s transfer pricing aspects globally
  • In this area the position provides a start into the area of International Tax and Transfer Pricing and contributes to fulfil Linde’s requirements in this regard
  • You will be assisting in the development and implementation of all central intercompany transactions
  • In addition, you will support in preparing annual reports, tax returns and other reporting requirements and assisting in preparing transfer pricing documentations and agreements for intercompany transactions
  • You will review transfer pricing documentations of foreign subsidiaries
