Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in related fields (e.g., Business Psychology, competitive intelligence).
- Specialist Talent Sourcing Certification (e.g., AIRS, CPSP) preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a full-cycle talent acquisition role with demonstrable success in proactive talent sourcing.
- Experience in executive search or best-in-class strategic recruiting preferred.
- Proficiency in using talent insights software and applications.
- Experience using various talent sourcing tools and platforms for sourcing and engaging candidates, networking (e.g., LinkedIn, MeetUp etc.)

Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
As a Specialist in Talent Sourcing, you will leverage your deep expertise in talent acquisition and innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract senior, specialist, passive, and active talent. Your mission is to source and attract best-in-class talent that drive our business transformation objectives and ensure we have the right talent, capabilities, and diversity to achieve our goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition specialists to provide expert candidate identification and attraction services. You will develop and implement efficient talent sourcing strategies based on your deep understanding of business needs and the labour market. By implementing a sourcing practice which is candidate-experience-led, you will position Nedbank as a market differentiator. You will proactively gather and share labour market insights, influencing our hiring and retention talent strategies to uphold our Talent Attraction practice as a strategic business partner. Building robust talent pipelines ahead of demand will be key, ensuring alignment with business strategies. You will take accountability for critical business success measures and contribute to the wider Talent Acquisition team, driving knowledge sharing and upskilling HR and senior managers on the talent sourcing function.
You will continuously assess and improve talent sourcing channels, identify new channels and technologies, and effectively promote our employer brand. Data-driven decision making and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion will be central to your role. You will work as part of an agile delivery team, providing subject matter expertise for various projects. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contribute to the enterprise talent acquisition strategy, and deliver timely and budget-conscious talent acquisition solutions. Driving a culture of continuous improvement, you will coach, mentor, and guide peers in talent acquisition service delivery, processes, and methodologies. You will help develop new TA products, services, and processes to enhance candidate experiences and position Nedbank as an employer of choice.
