Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training needs analysis to develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordinate and organize employee development events, including conferences and workshops.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
