Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Identify training needs and conduct training needs analysis to develop targeted learning solutions.
- Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Coordinate and organize employee development events, including conferences and workshops.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management processes and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
